Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Paralegal will assist attorneys with preparing legal documents, performing legal research, reviewing and organizing case materials, and maintaining case files. Additional responsibilities include drafting correspondence, managing deadlines, and ensuring compliance with court procedures and regulations. This role requires collaboration with the legal team to support the firm’s objectives and uphold the highest legal standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong capabilities in Research and Document Review
- Excellent Communication skills for liaising with clients, court personnel, and legal teams
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights is a plus
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
