Must-Haves for Success Hands-on experience operating high-volume printers/copiers Comfortable running large machines and troubleshooting basic issues. Knowledge of bindery/finishing equipment Experience with cutters, folders, and similar tools is essential. Strong customer service and organizational skills Ability to communicate clearly, manage tasks efficiently, and maintain professionalism. Key Responsibilities Operate high-volume copy machines, scanners, and mail processing equipment. Perform binding and finishing work using cutters, folders, and other tools. Sort, distribute, and process incoming/outgoing mail; apply postage. Maintain supply inventory and records for management reports. Respond to service calls and deliver completed jobs to designated locations. Assist with shipping/receiving tasks and maintain convenience copier areas. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1–2 years of related experience; copy/print center experience preferred. Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
