Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily office activities and ensure compliance with company procedures
Supervise administrative functions and support team operations
Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and schedules for leadership
Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle incoming correspondence
Assist with budget tracking, bookkeeping, and expense management
Maintain accurate records (personnel, financial, operational)
Order and track office supplies
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed
Support HR functions, including onboarding and documentation
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Qualifications
? Minimum 2 years of Office Administrator or similar experience
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills
? Professional communication (written & verbal)
? Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with ERP systems or ability to learn quickly
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Preferred
Experience in construction or real estate industry
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced office environment
