Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Orlando, FL supporting a busy CEO in the real estate and property management industry. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support focused on calendar management, travel coordination, communication, follow-up, and daily operational organization. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a highly active executive calendar, including changing priorities, meetings, reminders, and follow-up.
- Coordinate extensive domestic and/or international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Handle last-minute schedule or travel changes, including occasional after-hours or weekend adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a professional gatekeeper and point of contact for internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Anticipate executive needs, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and help create organization around competing priorities.
- Support special projects, meeting coordination, document preparation, and general administrative tasks as needed.
