We’re looking for a Maintenance Coordinator with apartment community experience to join our team. In this role, you'll coordinate repairs, schedule maintenance teams, manage unit turns, and help support larger property projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include:• Coordinate and schedule all maintenance and repair work orders across the portfolio. • Communicate with staff and managers to understand maintenance needs and ensure timely follow-through. • Schedule, organize, and track the work flow of maintenance teams and painters. • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure all parties are informed of updates and changes. • Oversee unit turns, supplies, timelines, labor needs, and completion accuracy. • Conduct property walks, unit inspections, quarterly site visits, and project reviews. • Source replacement materials for unit turns and report updates to supervisors. • Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee tools and materials. • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation for all maintenance operations. • Assist with third-party vendor coordination from start to finish. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements • 3–4 years of maintenance coordination in an apartment community, administrative, or property operations experience • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities • Excellent communication both written and verbal • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and sound judgment • Strong interpersonal skills able to work with individuals at all organizational levels • Proficiency in Office 365 and Outlook; Yardi experience is a plus • Creative problem-solver with a flexible mindset • Bilingual skills are a plus!
