"What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate, schedule, and prioritize maintenance requests across multiple properties
  • Dispatch maintenance technicians and communicate clearly with vendors to ensure timely completion of work
  • Track work orders, follow up on repairs, and ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation and updates in maintenance systems or property management software
  • Support onsite teams by ensuring all maintenance operations run efficiently and professionally
  • Provide excellent communication to residents and internal teams
  • Help streamline maintenance processes and contribute to a well-organized, responsive service environment

* Stable work history** with at least 2-4 years in each previous role
* Experience in **maintenance scheduling or coordinating repairs** (property management experience is a plus)
