We are hiring an Estimator for commercial projects in Livermore, CA. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in curtainwall, storefront, windows, and door systems who can deliver accurate bids and manage the full estimating process. Responsibilities: Review architectural drawings and specifications to determine scope. Perform detailed quantity take-offs for glass, aluminum, and related materials. Prepare complete cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors. Solicit and evaluate supplier quotes; conduct bid-leveling and identify cost-saving opportunities. Submit professional bid proposals under strict deadlines. Qualifications: Glass & Glazing experience is REQUIRED – minimum 3 years in commercial estimating. Strong knowledge of curtainwall, storefront, windows, and door systems. Proficiency with Bluebeam and/or On-Screen Takeoff (OST). Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
