The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling deliveries, managing logistics, and ensuring timely communication between teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch resources efficiently in the construction or commercial industry
Manage scheduling and dispatching
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all scheduling and communication
Provides Excellent Customer Service
Works closely with other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current job statuses and logistics
Perform other duties as needed to support the team
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a Dispatcher role, with experience in construction or commercial industries preferred
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with clients
Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
