Dispatcher

Our client is seeking a dependable Dispatcher where you will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. This full-time, in-office position is responsible for coordinating drivers, managing work orders, and supporting communication between staff and customers. Duties include but are not limited to: • Schedule drivers and routes to meet customer needs and maximize productivity.• Prepare route sheets, work orders, and maps for drivers.• Monitor two-way radio communications and check in with drivers to verify work completion and accuracy.
