Our client is seeking a dependable Dispatcher where you will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. This full-time, in-office position is responsible for coordinating drivers, managing work orders, and supporting communication between staff and customers.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Schedule drivers and routes to meet customer needs and maximize productivity.
- Prepare route sheets, work orders, and maps for drivers.
- Monitor two-way radio communications and check in with drivers to verify work completion and accuracy.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dispatch role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of greater Sacramento highways, roads, and geography.
