Care Guide Support Specialist
Salt Lake City, UT | $22/hour | Onsite for 6 months ? Hybrid
Are you passionate about healthcare and providing excellent support? We’re seeking a Care Guide Support Specialist with a healthcare background to join our team. This role combines technical troubleshooting, customer service, and medical coordination to ensure patients and members receive the care they need.
What We Offer:
$22 per hour, paid weekly
Fully paid training (6–8 weeks, starting November 3, 2025)
Onsite for the first 6 months, then transition to hybrid schedule

What You’ll Do:
Respond to patient and member inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
Support medical-related needs: appointments, insurance verification, benefits questions, claims, and pharmacy issues
Troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions in simple, clear terms
Collaborate with care center staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
Accurately document interactions while maintaining HIPAA compliance
What We’re Looking For:
Healthcare background (medical customer service, coordination, or related field) required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills
Ability to handle sensitive medical information with confidentiality and professionalism
Degree in healthcare, business, or related field is preferred
Must complete 6–8 weeks of paid training with 100% attendance
