Responsibilities:
- Responsible for various Human Resources administrative tasks to support the HR Director and HR department
- Occasional Spanish translation and interpretation of communications
- Employee assistance with HRIS ADP system
- Providing ADP support to our Spanish speaking employees
- Complete special projects for HR team as needed. Projects may include coordinating employee gifts for life events, updating events on our company intranet and various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of HR support experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) required
- Bilingual English & Spanish required (verbal and written)
