Job Summary
A growing family-owned cabinet manufacturing company in Corona, CA is seeking a bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced construction and manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys coordinating details, communicating across departments, and helping projects stay on schedule.
The Customer Service Representative will play an important role in managing work orders, supporting customer accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring job information is processed accurately. This onsite position offers a stable team environment, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to build long-term career potential through a temp-to-hire path.
This is a great fit for someone who is organized, responsive, comfortable handling high call volume, and experienced in customer service within construction, manufacturing, cabinetry, or a related industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Receive, review, and process work orders into customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Order materials based on job specifications and coordinate details to support project completion.
- Communicate with internal departments, field teams, and project managers to help keep scheduling, inventory, and jobs on track.
- Provide updates, resolve customer service inquiries, and support account-related follow-up as needed.
- Assist with additional administrative, customer support, and coordination duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
- Employment Type: Contract/Temporary, temp-to-hire.
- Location: Corona, CA.
- Work Arrangement: Onsite.
- Current Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Future Schedule: Expected to move to full-time within the next month or so, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
