The Human Resources Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR Director and Human Resources team. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective HR processes while serving as a primary support resource for Spanish-speaking employees. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Director and Human Resources department to ensure efficient daily operations.
Translate and interpret HR-related communications as needed, ensuring clear and accurate information for Spanish-speaking employees.
Assist employees with the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), primarily ADP, including troubleshooting and general system guidance.
Serve as a point of contact for ADP-related questions and support for Spanish-speaking employees.
Support HR special projects as assigned, which may include:
Coordinating employee recognition and gifts for life events
Updating HR content and events on the company intranet
Supporting HR initiatives, reports, and general administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent internal customer service.
