What You’ll Do:
HRIS Data Integrity: Execute precise data entry for background checks, employee payroll profiles, and E-Verify within the HRIS.
Monthly Benefits Management: Manage the benefit reconciliation process across all company entities to ensure billing accuracy.
Onboarding & Culture: Facilitate New Hire Orientations for our Intrepid unit, ensuring a professional and welcoming start for new team members.
Records & Compliance: Maintain physical and digital filing systems with strict adherence to record retention policies.
Operational Support: Serve as a key point of contact for the office, providing professional front-desk coverage during breaks and assisting visitors.
What We’re Looking For:
Technical Proficiency: Experience with data entry and profile management in an HRIS (ADP Workforce Now is a major plus!).
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to handle monthly carrier invoice reconciliations.
Administrative Excellence: Strong organizational skills with a background in filing, records management, and professional office etiquette.
Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication for leading orientations and greeting guests.
Growth Mindset: An adaptable, "no task too small" attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the HR field.
