Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This firm represents multiple companies and is responsible for high volume processing monthly escrow account disbursements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue monthly checks for escrow accounts
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of transactions
Assist with general bookkeeping and accounting tasks
Qualifications:
Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
Willingness to learn (training on company software provided)
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $20 - $22/hour
Benefits package available
Training provided on internal systems
