Human Resources Generalist (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity)
Salary: $63,000 – $68,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Human Resources Generalist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR functions, supporting leadership, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (on-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and conducting investigations as needed
- Support and administer disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies and employment laws
- Ensure compliance with federal, state (California), and local labor laws
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation and personnel files
- Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee questions
- Partner with leadership on performance management, coaching, and policy interpretation
- Support recruiting efforts as needed, including screening and coordinating interviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
