Seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to help drive operational excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction as well as to support branch operations, recruiting workflows, and client service within our staffing division. This role helps lead daily activities, supervise team members, and ensure our branch meets performance and placement goals. Responsibilities: Assist the Branch Manager with staffing operations and daily workflows, Recruit, screen, and place candidates for client assignments Support team performance, training, and development Build and maintain strong client relationships Troubleshoot workforce issues and staffing challenges Build relationships with clients and ensure timely fulfillment of job orders Support recruiting activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and placing candidates. Maintain compliance with company procedures and labor regulations Contribute to meeting branch KPI's, sales targets, and operational goals. Qualifications Recent Experience in staffing is a must Leadership or supervisory experience is a must Strong customer service and communication skills, experience with client relations and sales.
