For more information on RealCold, please visit www.realcold.com. Role Overview:As an E-Commerce Team Member, you are part of a team that will support the Ecommerce Business. The e-Comm Team Member will accurately and safely pull, pack, and ship orders received on our e-commerce and warehouse management system platforms. The incumbent must interface well with other team members to create a positive work environment and healthy team culture. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:Responsible for promoting a Safety Culture throughout the Facility, working safe is always the #1 priority; clean as you go to ensure everyone is working in a safe environment.Select products according to tickets and accurately place them in boxes for shipments.Effectively label packages as fragile or perishable for effective shipment.Assemble daily shipments by order location & category.Ensure orders are packed into appropriate shipping containers for customer delivery.Inspect the product as packing to ensure there is no damage.Perform quality control assessments and stack them safely & securely.Build and stack boxes.Perform other assigned duties as instructed. Requirements of the Position:Must be 18 years or older.High school diploma or equivalent required.Must read, write, and understand English.Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Interact in a professional, friendly and respectful manner.Excellent attention to detail.Positive attitude and strong desire to succeed.Great work ethic.Ability to listen and take direction agreeably.Be on time to work and reliable. Work Requirements:Must be able to pass a background check.Must be flexible and be able to work overtime.Must be willing to work weekends and evenings.Ability to work well under pressure.Dress code is relaxed with a few rules to follow for safety; comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required. Work Environment:This job will involve occasional exposure to some disagreeable elements such as cold temperatures, loud noises, and dust and dirt. The work performed will be repetitive in nature. You will be working around moving machines – order pickers and forklifts.
