- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations: ISO9001 / 1400, AS9100D (aero) certs ideal.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 5 years in quality assurance or quality control, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Standards Knowledge: Strong understanding of ISO 9001, FDA, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, GMP, and related regulations.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in auditing (internal/external) and compliance processes.
Skilled in root cause analysis and CAPA (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
Familiarity with statistical tools (SPC, MSA, control charts) and quality methodologies (FMEA, Six Sigma).

Job Summary
The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s quality assurance systems to ensure products and services meet consistent standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This role collaborates with production, engineering, customer service, and compliance teams to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Quality System Oversight: Develop and manage QMS policies, procedures, and documentation aligned with ISO and regulatory standards.
Auditing & Compliance: Lead internal audits and support external audits; oversee corrective/preventive actions.
Team Leadership: Supervise quality staff, provide training, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Problem Solving: Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints using structured methodologies (8D, Fishbone, etc.).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to enhance processes.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor quality metrics, prepare reports, and use statistical tools for performance tracking.
Customer & Regulatory Interface: Manage quality-related inquiries, complaints, and compliance documentation.
Salary : $90,000 - $135,000
