About the Opportunity
AppleOne Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up construction projects ranging from $2M–$20M, with a focus on Industrial Warehouse Tilt Up. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing public sector projects, ensuring strict compliance with quality, budget, and safety standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and reputable general contractor with a strong pipeline of projects throughout Tri-County.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, and municipal officials to ensure compliance with all regulations and contract requirements.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost projections, and project status updates to senior leadership.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ground-up commercial or public sector projects ($2M–$5M).
- Proven experience with school, municipal, or government construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, contracts, and Florida building codes.
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and other construction management software.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
