What You’ll Do
- Provide top-tier client service, keeping clients informed and supported throughout their case.
- Manage and organize damage information, medical records, and case documentation.
- Prepare demand packages and settlement proposals, demand preparation is key in this role.
- Draft settlement calculations and agreements with strong attention to detail.
- Ensure cases move forward efficiently and proactively track case progress.
- Schedule appointments, draft correspondence, assist with daily client communication.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal experience (non-negotiable).
- Experience managing high-volume caseloads (50–70 claims).
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, most clients are Spanish-speaking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, handling consistent client contact.
- Excellent time management, organization, and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
- Experience with Neos or Needles/Neos is a major plus.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
- Fully in-office role (no hybrid/remote options).
