Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury

What You’ll Do

• Provide top-tier client service, keeping clients informed and supported throughout their case.
• Manage and organize damage information, medical records, and case documentation.
• Prepare demand packages and settlement proposals, demand preparation is key in this role.
• Draft settlement calculations and agreements with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure cases move forward efficiently and proactively track case progress.
• Schedule appointments, draft correspondence, assist with daily client communication.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal experience (non-negotiable).
• Experience managing high-volume caseloads (50–70 claims).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, most clients are Spanish-speaking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, handling consistent client contact.
• Excellent time management, organization, and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Experience with Neos or Needles/Neos is a major plus.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
• Fully in-office role (no hybrid/remote options).
