Position Summary
The Test Technician plays a critical role in supporting the development, validation, and qualification of aerospace components and systems. This position is responsible for setting up, executing, and documenting mechanical, electrical, and environmental tests to ensure products meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, technically skilled, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a test technician, engineering technician, or similar technical role (preferably aerospace, automotive, or defense).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and test specifications.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
