Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, proofread, and format internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, flyers, reports, articles, and social media content.
- Support social media content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Assist with graphic design and layout projects using Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, for print, digital, web, and social media materials.
- Coordinate communications-related projects, events, ceremonies, and programs, including logistics, registration, on-site support, timelines, and follow-up.
- Maintain organized communications files, databases, archives, project tracking systems, and documentation in alignment with internal policies.
- Process procurement requests, invoices, vendor documentation, business credit card purchases, and account coding through Sage Intacct.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Pay Rate: $28.84 to $33.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Location: Valley Center, CA.
