- Manage all financial aspects of assigned projects with regular job forecasting
- Lead pre-construction meetings and coordinate handoffs from estimating to field teams
- Collaborate with prefabrication and design departments
- Set clear expectations for foremen and provide ongoing coaching
- Negotiate and resolve client concerns
- Estimate and manage change orders as needed
- Oversee closeout procedures and post-project reviews
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships
- Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering a plus)
- 7 years of electrical project management experience (large jobs preferred)
- OSHA 30 and estimating experience a plus
- Strong computer skills and communication abilities
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
