Position Overview:
The Bid Manager will oversee the entire bidding process — from reviewing bid invitations and coordinating take-offs to preparing and submitting final proposals. This role requires strong construction knowledge, cost estimation understanding, and excellent coordination skills to manage input from project managers, estimators, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
8 years of experience in estimating, project management, or bid coordination within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building processes.
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
