In this role, you’ll manage preconstruction budgets, schedules, and deliverables for multiple projects, work with multidisciplinary teams, oversee design development and constructability reviews, propose value-engineered solutions, negotiate with subcontractors, and support contract execution. Your work will directly influence project success.
This role would suit an experienced Bid Manager or Preconstruction professional looking to lead teams, solve complex challenges, and make a real impact on major construction projects.
The Role:
- Lead preconstruction projects from concept to contract.
- Work with design teams and subcontractors to build accurate budgets and schedules.
- Drive cost efficiency, quality, and constructability throughout each project.
