Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team in Miami Gardens. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating bid submissions, maintaining proposal documentation, and ensuring all deadlines are met. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review bid opportunities and requirements.
• Prepare, organize, and submit bid and proposal packages.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documents and information.
• Track bid deadlines and maintain bid calendars.
• Ensure all submissions are accurate and completed on time.
• Maintain records of submitted bids and related documentation.
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior administrative or bid coordination experience is preferred but not required.
