Responsibilities
Draft and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, motions, and related court documents
Manage cases from intake through resolution, organizing financial records and client data
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering documentation
Conduct legal research and assist with hearing and court preparation
Maintain calendars, deadlines, and electronic filing systems
Qualifications
3 years of bankruptcy paralegal experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
Strong knowledge of bankruptcy procedures and court filing rules
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
