- Draft and file legal documents including motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery.
- Conduct legal research using PACER, Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
- Prepare trial exhibits, deposition summaries, and case notebooks.
- Manage court calendars and deadlines across state and federal jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and experts to move cases forward efficiently.
✅ What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of litigation experience; bankruptcy/creditors’ rights preferred.
- Familiarity with civil procedure, e-filing systems, and legal tech tools.
- Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
