Accounts Payable Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll oversee the accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all vendor payments and communications. You’ll manage a small team, maintain high standards of record-keeping, and collaborate with department leaders to uphold company policies and procedures. Responsibilities

• Communicate all activities and updates to the Controller.
• Supervise and provide accounting support to Accounts Payable staff.
• Manage all vendor relationships and ensure contract terms are met.
• Develop, implement, and maintain A/P procedures and policies.
• Complete assigned projects, including 1099 and other tax-related reporting, in collaboration with the Controller.
• Maintain accurate records in both accounting software and physical files.
• Reconcile credit cards, ensuring all transactions are posted and payments processed.
• Collaborate across the accounting department to support payables, billing, and collections processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience with Chrome River/Emburse and Elite 3E highly preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
