Performs complex technical and supervisory work in the overall management, operations, and maintenance of Apex’s sanitary sewer collection system, network of wastewater pump stations, associated chemical feed installations, odor control systems.
Work is performed under the general supervision of the Utilities Operations and Maintenance Manager. The Assistant Utilities Operations and Maintenance Manager coordinates directly with the Wastewater Collection System ORC, Water Resources Administration staff, Pretreatment staff, and Utilities Engineering staff, as needed. Supervision is exercised over the Utility Maintenance, Collections System, and Pump Station Maintenance divisions within Water Resources.
This position reports to the Utilities Operations and Maintenance Manager
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
