What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections System Field Crew Supervisor position at apexnc?
This position is responsible for supervision and coordination of a team of 2-5 full-time employees, (Equipment operators, Utility Maintenance Workers etc.) engaged in the operation, maintenance, and repair of the assigned utility assets (Water or Sewer). The position plays a vital role within the organizational leadership, guiding team members in the pursuit of strategic goals and fostering a positive work culture. The position evaluates and documents team members’ performance, provides feedback and helps team members develop and enhance their skills.
This position is supervised by the Collections Systems Supervisor ORC
This position is subject to on-call and emergency callback.
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
