Your impact
- Prevent issues before they happen through scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Own troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond rapidly to maintenance requests and emergencies to keep production moving.
- Document all work precisely—repairs, adjustments, parts, and recommendations.
- Support equipment setup/teardown for operations and events.
- Collaborate to boost reliability, efficiency, and safety across the facility.
- Adhere to all safety requirements and company procedures without compromise.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance or a closely related trade.
- Preferred exposure to high pressure die casting environments.
- Preferred experience supporting CNC equipment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Comfort reading manuals, electrical prints, and schematics.
- Analytical problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
