Your impact

• Prevent issues before they happen through scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Own troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Respond rapidly to maintenance requests and emergencies to keep production moving.
• Document all work precisely—repairs, adjustments, parts, and recommendations.
• Support equipment setup/teardown for operations and events.
• Collaborate to boost reliability, efficiency, and safety across the facility.
• Adhere to all safety requirements and company procedures without compromise.
  
  

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in maintenance or a closely related trade.
• Preferred exposure to high pressure die casting environments.
• Preferred experience supporting CNC equipment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Comfort reading manuals, electrical prints, and schematics.
• Analytical problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
