Job Title: Surgical Technologist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team in assisting surgeons during medical procedures in the operating room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Prepare operating room for surgical procedures.

2. Sterilize instruments and equipment.

3. Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies.

4. Maintain a sterile field during surgery.

5. Prepare and maintain surgical trays.

6. Assist with patient positioning and draping.

7. Monitor and maintain surgical equipment.

8. Provide support to the surgical team as needed.

9. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. High school diploma or GED required.

2. Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.

3. Certification as a Surgical Technologist.

4. Strong attention to detail.

5. Ability to work well under pressure.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Strong organizational skills.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
