Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our healthcare team. The CMA will work under the supervision of healthcare providers to perform various clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the medical practice and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care, including taking vital signs, obtaining medical histories, and performing diagnostic tests
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms for patient visits
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle medical billing and coding tasks
- Communicate with patients to provide instructions and information about their care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medical practice
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care
- Keep abreast of current medical practices and procedures to provide up-to-date care
- Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations in all aspects of patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical setting preferred

- Proficiency in basic medical procedures and medical terminology
