** LOCATION: Remote Role | Client Location: 11800 Weston Parkway Cary NC 27513

** DURATION: 5-month assignment with the possibility of extension

** WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

TRAINING:

• 1-week onsite onboarding in Cary, NC
• 1-week onsite one-on-one training with Team Lead
• Fully remote after successful training

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr. W2

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Adverse Event Reporting Coordinator to support pharmacovigilance and quality reporting activities within a specialty pharmacy environment. This role is responsible for reviewing clinical documentation, creating and submitting adverse events (AE) and product complaint (PC) reports, performing quality checks, and ensuring regulatory reporting accuracy.
• The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, advanced computer proficiency, and experience working in pharmacy, healthcare, or clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Adverse Event & Product Complaint Reporting

• Create and submit Adverse Event (AE) and Product Complaint (PC) reports.
• Review patient management system documentation for reportable events.
• Ensure accurate documentation before submission.

Quality Control

• Perform quality checks on reports for:
• Grammar
• Spelling
• Drug names
• Manufacturer information
• Clinical documentation accuracy
• Identify missing adverse events and product complaints.
• Ensure all missing reports are completed and documented.

Clinical Collaboration

• Communicate with clinicians regarding report quality and documentation questions.
• Assist clinical teams in resolving reporting discrepancies.
• Support clinical auditors by identifying reporting trends and issues.

Reporting & Reconciliation

• Maintain weekly and monthly reconciliation reports.
• Submit reports to biopharmaceutical clients according to contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate reporting records.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Equivalent work experience considered.
• Prior pharmacy experience preferred
• Healthcare or clinical experience preferred
• Pharmacovigilance experience is a plus
• Oncology experience is a plus
• Pharmacy Technician or clinical background preferred
