Job Description:

• General Manager – Renton, WA (Restoration & Reconstruction). This role offers the opportunity to lead a growing restoration and reconstruction business with significant expansion potential. The successful candidate will be expected to build upon a strong foundation, develop future leaders, strengthen culture, and help drive the next phase of growth while maintaining industry-leading customer service and operational excellence.
• Seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow our Renton, Washington operation.
• This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, preserving company culture, improving operational performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build, mentor, and lead a strong team across sales, operations, production, and administration.
• Foster and maintain a positive, accountability-driven company culture.
• Drive profitable growth and market expansion throughout the region.
• Improve project cycle times and operational efficiency.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and accountability to company goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, consultants, and referral partners.
• Create systems and processes that support scalable growth.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate is a charismatic leader with a proven background in both residential and commercial construction, along with a strong track record of developing teams, driving accountability, and motivating people to perform at a high level.
• Proven leadership experience managing a restoration or reconstruction operation.
• Extensive background in large-loss restoration, insurance restoration, catastrophe response, or reconstruction services.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims, estimating, project management, and restoration operations.
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience managing P&L responsibility and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Track record of improving operational metrics, including cycle time, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational leadership skills.
