Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an experrienced Pharmacy Technician at We Care Pharmacy, located in Apex, NC. The Pharmacy Technician will assist pharmacists in processing prescriptions, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Other responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, offering support to customers regarding prescriptions, and maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and protocols.
- Experience in handling Prescription-related tasks and knowledge of Pharmacy operations
- Familiarity with Inventory Control and the ability to manage stock efficiently
- Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and the ability to provide personalized assistance
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential or relevant certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy management software is beneficial
