Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with inpatient/subacute experience for a 13-week inpatient rehab assignment working day shifts in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Details
- Inpatient rehab unit with a mix of inpatient, swing bed, and outpatient patients
- Primary focus on orthopedics with additional caseload including geriatrics, pediatrics, and vestibular patients
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00–16:30)
- No call, weekend, or holiday requirements
- Floating between inpatient and outpatient settings
- Charting performed in Redoc EMR
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required, with emphasis on inpatient and subacute settings
- Ability to treat in both inpatient and outpatient settings required
- Active PT license required by start date; pending license accepted if applicable
- Redoc EMR experience preferred
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, and vestibular patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Teal scrubs or business casual attire required
