Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 3 years of clinical mammography experience, ARRT certification, and NH licensure for a 13-week contract assignment.
Details
- Outpatient or hospital-based breast imaging setting
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Procedures include breast imaging, diagnostic ultrasound, and stereotactic-guided biopsy
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical mammography experience required
- Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology with ARRT registration and ARRT Mammography certification
- Active NH Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy license required (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS certification required
- Recent biopsy and ultrasound experience preferred
- Must maintain annual MQSA-compliant Mammography registry by accruing 5 ECEs specific to Mammography Education per year
- Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
Additional Information
- Perform breast imaging, ultrasound, and stereotactic-guided biopsy procedures
- Assist in the technical orientation of cross-trained Radiologic Technologists and provide instruction on complex or difficult procedures
- Two manager references required for consideration
