Key Responsibilities
- Create and interpret CAD drawings and technical prints
- Support estimating activities for jobs and projects
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure project accuracy and feasibility
- Perform manual machining tasks as needed to support projects and prototypes
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and drive project efficiency
- Be actively involved on the shop floor, this is a hands-on engineering role, not strictly desk-based
- Experience with CAD software and technical drawings
- Background in manufacturing, machining, or similar hands-on environment
- Estimating or cost analysis experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness and desire to be hands-on in a production environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
