- Hands-on operations: Run lathes, grinders, and rubber processing equipment to learn our processes from the inside.
- Production intelligence: Grasp workflows, standards, and quality requirements; connect scheduling decisions to material flow and customer needs.
- Floor leadership: Be the point person for operators—assign work, assist with setups, and troubleshoot production challenges.
- Safety and quality stewardship: Live a safety-first mindset; ensure specs are met; engage Quality and Engineering when issues surface.
- Supervisor readiness: Build skills in labor planning, daily priorities, coaching, and performance discussions. No Lean background required—we’ll teach you continuous improvement.
