Your impact from day one
- Set up and run manual lathes and cylindrical grinders to achieve exact specifications.
- Perform accurate rubber grinding on rollers, holding tight tolerances consistently.
- Confirm dimensions using pi tapes and tape measures; document inspection results.
- Use basic computer entry to complete and file inspection reports.
- Operate overhead cranes and material-handling equipment with safety first.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
- Demonstrated manual lathe experience (required).
- Rubber grinding experience (strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with pi tape and tape measure.
- Comfort with basic computer-based reporting.
- Overhead crane experience.
- Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (4-day workweek, 1st shift)
- Pay: $27.00–$29.00 per hour
