Your Core Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor rubber extrusion equipment to coat rollers to specification.
- Feed rubber material into the extruder and regulate application parameters.
- Safely utilize overhead cranes and material handling equipment.
- Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures and pi tapes.
- Perform simple math to validate tolerances and record data.
- Use basic hand and power tools for setup and small adjustments.
- Sustain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Comply with all safety standards and company policies.
- Preferred: extrusion background.
- Preferred: manual lathe operation experience.
- Proficiency with overhead crane operations.
- Accuracy with tape measures and pi tapes.
- Comfort performing basic math.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools.
