- Follow daily instructions from the Project Foreman or Senior Project Foreman to complete all Landscape Technician, Installation duties accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with loading/unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
- Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment in alignment with company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Report equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe job site throughout the day.
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
- Provide professional on‑site customer service as part of your Landscape Technician, Installation responsibilities.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and is completed within expected timeframes.
- Contribute to improving efficiency and productivity across installation projects.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required—training provided. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of masonry experience.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license preferred; equipment certifications a plus.
