What You'll Do Task Execution & Crew Support

• Install plants, sod, mulch, irrigation, and basic hardscape materials
• Follow daily directions from the Project Foreman or Senior Project Foreman
• Assist with loading/unloading tools, materials, and equipment
  
  

Equipment Operation & Care

• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Report any maintenance needs promptly
  
  

Job Site Safety & Cleanliness

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all policies
  
  

Communication & Customer Service

• Work effectively with your crew
• Provide respectful, professional interactions with clients
  
  

Quality & Efficiency

• Meet company standards for workmanship
• Complete tasks within expected timeframes
• Contribute to continuous improvement on every job
  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience helpful (training provided)
• 1 year masonry experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely

Working Conditions

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs
