HR Generalist & Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Recruiter to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and delivering high-quality candidate resumes. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who can efficiently manage multiple roles while leveraging modern AI tools, specifically Linked In, to streamline candidate filtering and selection.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates across multiple roles within personal care, beauty, and consumer goods industries
• Screen applicants and present a curated shortlist of resumes to the hiring team
• Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools to efficiently filter and evaluate candidates
• Ensure all candidate profiles meet role-specific requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

Qualifications

• 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in personal care, beauty, CPG, or consumer goods industries
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong understanding of industry-specific hiring needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Strong follow-up habits and time management skills
• Self-directed, reliable, and responsive
