We are currently hiring Construction Workers with experience in metal panel installation to join our team. This position involves working with fabricated metal frames and installing aluminum panels to create finished assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install aluminum panels onto fabricated metal frames.
- Measure, align, and securely fasten panels according to specifications.
- Use hand and power tools to drill, fasten, cut, and adjust materials.
- Read and follow measurements, drawings, and installation instructions.
- Inspect completed work to ensure proper alignment, fit, and quality.
- Safely handle and position construction materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company and job-site safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous construction experience.
- Hands-on experience installing metal panels is required or strongly preferred.
- Experience working with aluminum panels, sheet metal, or metal framing is a plus.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements.
- Ability to work at heights and in various job-site conditions.
- Dependable, hardworking, and safety-minded.
- Ability to lift, carry, and position construction materials.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ideal Experience
Candidates with experience in commercial construction, architectural panel installation, metal fabrication, siding, sheet metal, or similar construction work are encouraged to apply.
